Newsletters and/or Marketing Communications:

If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can elect to unsubscribe via the newsletter or marketing communication itself, or contact Arcitecta directly to have your information removed from our distribution list.
As the contact for the organisation you work for:
If you are registered as the contact for your organisation to obtain further information about our products and services, we will collect your name, work email address and/or phone number, and any further information that you choose to provide via the open text box. We will use these details to contact you to provide the information that you have requested.
We may collect further information specific to providing the products and services, such as your organisation’s physical address, and other details as required to comply with our obligations under a contract or licence agreement with your organisation. Where you remain the nominated contact for your organisation we may communicate with you about your organisation’s use of our products and services, to manage payments, and to inform your organisation when there are updates or new products and services available.
Prospective employment and internships:
If you apply for employment or an internship with Arcitecta we will collect your name, preferred contact information and information about your employment and education history, including educational qualifications, previous employers or experiences, and may request that you provide the contact information of consenting relevant referees.
We will require you to provide us with, or consent to our obtaining, a current Police Check, and you may be required to satisfy other pre-employment security and screening checks, including undertaking skills or aptitude testing to assess your suitability to work at Arcitecta.
The Personal Information that you provide about yourself, or third parties (i.e. referees) during the recruitment process, is used solely for the purposes of assessing your eligibility to work with us in relation to the specific employment or internship opportunity.
When we have completed the recruitment process we will delete or destroy any information collected by us from unsuccessful applicants. If you would like to be considered for further employment opportunities in future, you must provide us with your express consent to keep your information on file. Any information retained will be stored securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Contractors
If you provide contracting services for us, we will collect your first and last name, relevant company identifiers, and contact details including email, phone number and address of your business. This information is used in the usual course of business to manage our agreements, pay invoices, and to fulfill our statutory obligations.

HOW DO WE STORE AND HOLD PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We store, process and hold Personal Information collected digitally by us in computer systems and databases operated by us and located at our office in Melbourne, Australia Information collected digitally is encrypted and is regularly backed up and securely stored. Some information about you may be recorded in hardcopy. Information collected and retained in a hard copy format is securely stored both on and off site.

Such third parties may be engaged in, among other things, the provision of our products and services to you, the processing of transactions and/or the provision of support services. We do not use cookies in the operation of our website.
